Your unit will automatically dial the Quest Monitoring Station. A trained monitor will respond to you immediately.

The Monitoring Station will have all your vital information, including important contacts, hospital choice and medical condition.

If you need help, our monitor will send emergency services, to a neighbour or a family member to assist you. If you are unable to respond we will send help at once.

About the Equipment!

The personal Medical Alert Button is water proof, and is available as a pendant, wristband or clip.

When you subscribe to our Medical Alert Service, we send a trained installer to come to your home and setup the 2-Way communicator unit.
